Expert mediation for change within families.

Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) helps separating couples work through parenting arrangements, property division, and other family matters in a structured and safe mediation environment. Discussions are guided,  to help you explore options and develop workable agreements that consider everyone's needs.

For parenting matters, Section 60i certificates can be issued when required - these are necessary documents if you later decide to take your matter to court. The FDR process provides an impartial space to address both immediate concerns and longer-term arrangements, with sessions tailored to your specific circumstances.

Families can reach amicable agreements without the stress and expense of going to court. Mediation is a collaborative and less adversarial approach.  This process helps you move forward with the utmost care provided,  with the aim to reach solutions that work for everyone involved.

The FDR process is time saving and confidential.  The process allows you to maintain control over outcomes and agreements that are tailored to your needs and is designed to be less stressful than court proceedings.
